Returns
We accept returns of most unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be in their original packaging and condition
- Remain unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or alteration
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are excluded from returns:

- Clearance or final sale merchandise
- Digital or downloadable products
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@trekradar.com with your order details and reason for the return. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment.
Once authorized, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Any applicable refund will be adjusted accordingly to deduct the cost of return shipping if borne by Trek Store.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.
- If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us for assistance.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at contact@trekradar.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@trekradar.com with photographs and a description of the issue. We will promptly work to resolve the matter.
